About Absolute Land Solutions
Absolute Land Solutions was begun by Kevin Small our managing director, first with a temporary office in Dunedin with the view of opening an office in Bluff, Southland, servicing Southland. After concentrating on Southland, Kevin found it necessary to provide Dunedin based services to service Dunedin and Otago. Also after a time, the quantity and type of work proved there was a need for the company services in the North Island, facilitating a company representative being located in the Auckland region.
The company has so far expanded from two staff to nine, based in a variety of locations including Invercargill, Bluff, Dunedin, Central Otago and Auckland. We also have the capability to service a variety of other locations throughout New Zealand.
The core services we provide are: Topographical; subdivision (Land Transfer); town planning and resource management; redefinition surveys; monitoring and precise levelling; soil assessments; subdivision engineering design and contract management. Our supporting infrastructure at Absolute Land Solutions means that we are able to provide more than just these survey services. We offer innovative, comprehensive and no hassle solutions to any of your land needs.
Due to these developments we have become more flexible to the demands of our clients, resulting in a quality driven, customer-focused service.
