Right of Way Easement Survey

   

    The client required a right of way easement over their property.

     The client required a survey to be undertaken to mark a right of way  easement over the neighbouring property for a driveway they had over the neighbour's land.

    The work required a survey to be undertaken, survey and title plans drawn and consent from the Council in the form of a section 348 certificate (right of way approval). Finally, survey approval from Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) was required and given.
